“I just wanted to take a quick moment to let you know how much I appreciated the excellent service provided by your driver, Dean (I think that was his name). He picked us up this past Saturday (our flight arrived at 7:50 p.m.) at DTW and drove us to our home in Clawson. Our first contact was when he called me on my cell phone as I was exiting the plane. He wanted to assure me that he was waiting for me and that I should call him when I got to our luggage. Then he insisted on carrying our luggage to his car. It couldn’t have been a better experience.
